Emery Bahe
ROCKSPRINGS — Services for Emery Bahe will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 8, 2011, at the First Baptist Church. Jimmy Bowling will officiate. Burial will be at the city cemetery.
Bahe died Sept. 3, 2011, in Gallup. He was born Feb. 27, 1954, in Gallup into the Towering House People Clan for the Edge Water People Clan.
Bahe graduated from Tohatchi High School and was employed with Dan Dee Supermarket for 11 years. He enjoyed basketball, cross country and track.
Survivors include his sons Manual Bahe; father Harrison Bahe; brothers Martinez, Andy, Abel, Jefferson, and Larrison Bahe; sisters Priscilla Watchman, Lorraine Livingston, Lana Bahe, Charlene Bahe, Vera Lovato, and Loretta Bahe; and grandmother Hazel Etsitty. Bahe was preceded in death by his mother Helen Bahe; sister Sarah Dalgai; son Mathew Bahe.
Pallbearers will be Nathan Washa, Henry W. Morgan, Henry Roanhorse Jr., Victor Lovato Tony Watchman and Jefferson Bahe.
The family will receive family and friends at the Rock Spring Chapter following ceremonies.

Frank Paul Jones Jr.
GALLUP — Services for Frank Paul Jones Jr., 48, will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 9, 2011, at Cope Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in the city cemetery.
Jones died Sept. 3, 2011, in Albuquerque. He was born June 25, 1963, in Gallup into the Waters Edge People Clan born for the Tango People Clan.
Jones attended Washington Elementary, John F. Kennedy Middle School and Gallup High School. He worked for the McKinley County School as a cook at Roosevelt Elementary and at David Dallago Corporation. Jones liked to ride his bike and watch NASCAR. His favorite racer was Jeff Gordon.
Survivors include his sons Paul Jones and Fritz Gerald Jones, both of Gallup; daughter Michelle Jones, of Gallup; mother Marjorie Jones, of Gallup; sisters Laura Lynn Olquin, of Barston, Calif., Kathleen Tsosie, of Gallup, and Cynthia Burt, of Albuquerque; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father Frank Paul Jones Sr.; grandparents Jack and Lillie Cadman and Peter and Angeline Jones.
Pallbearers will be Jimmie Brown, Vernon Sandoval, Lavon Thomas, Loren Thomas, Joshua Vail and Nathan Damon.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Rocky View Elementary following the services.
Cope Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Robert Lee Sr.
MEXICAN SPRINGS — A Funeral Mass for Robert R. Lee Sr., 75, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 8, 2011, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Tohatchi. The Rev. Pio O’Conner will officiate. Burial will be on family land in Mexican Springs.
Lee died Sept. 1, 2011, in Gallup. He was born April 23, 1935, in Mexican Springs into the Near the Water People Clan for the Red Running into the Water People Clan.
Lee received his education at Mexican Springs Boarding School and in McKinley County. He was a miner and also worked on the railroad. Lee was a well known and respectful Traditional Healer and a member of the Gourd Dance Society and the Native American Church. His hobbies included traveling, gourd dancing and participating in traditional events.
Survivors include his wife Lucy Wolff Lee, of Naschitti; sons Lloyd and Robert Lee, of Tohatchi; daughters Victoria Lee and Andrea Johnson, of Tohatchi, Gloria Lee, of Gallup, Roberta Lee, of San Diego, Calif., and Adlina Roberts, of Pinedale; sisters Ida Mae Begay and Jane Laugh, of Mexican Springs; 17 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Nanie Bah Lee; brothers Wallace Lee, Yazzie Lee and Frank Larry Lee and Wilson Lee.
Pallbearers will be Brandon Tsosie, Lloyd Lee, Thaddeus Tsosie, Marland Tsosie, Delvin Johnson and Derrik Johnson.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Mexican Springs Chapter House.

Glenson Pete Sr.
RED ROCK — Services for Glenson Pete Sr., 47, will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 9, 2011, at Rollie Mortuary in Gallup. Sister Terry Goodin will officiate
Pete died Sept. 3, 2011, in Gallup. He was born April 15, 1964, in Gallup into the Towering House People Clan for the Black Streak People Clan.
Pete went to Gallup High School and Wingate High School. He then went to Albuquerque Job Corps to study becoming an electrician. Pete then started at Running Bear as a buffer, after that he was a well known silversmith. Pete enjoyed going fishing, playing Bingo and watching wrestling and football games. His favorite team was the Dallas Cowboys.
Survivors include his son Glenson Pete Jr., of Gallup; daughters Deidre Pete, of Gallup, Stephanie Pete, of Gallup, and Marlene Benally, of St. Michaels, Ariz.; brothers James Pete, of Pinehaven, Frances Pete, of Pinedale, Ernest Pete, of Gallup, and Leonard Wilson, of Red Rock; sisters Esther Kinsel, of Tohatchi, Betty Bitsie, of Gallup, and Denise Jones, of Red Rock, and eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father Hoskie Pete; brother Alfred Pete and sister Marie Pete.
Pallbearers will be Glenson Pete Jr., Ernest Pete, Vincent Pete, Leroy Bitsie David Jones and Marcus Kinsel.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Red Rock Chapter House.

Kevin Richards
ALBUQUERQUE — Funeral services for Kevin Christian Richards, 10 months, will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 9, 2011, at the Cope Memorial Chapel. Landoll Benally will officiate. Burial will be on private land in Tohlakai.
Richards died Aug. 26, 2011, in Albuquerque. He was born Oct. 7, 2010, in Albuquerque into the Black Streak Wood People Clan.
Survivors include his parents Marisa Tso, of Albuquerque, and Christopher George Richards, of Albuquerque; brothers Melvin Becenti Jr., of Farmington, Dion Becenti, of Farmington, and Damian Snyder, of Red Rock, and sister Lakayla Becenti. He was preceded in death by his grandmother Marjorie Tso.
Pallbearers will be Elroy Tso and Brian Richards.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Bethlehem Christian Reform Church.
